Refund Policy

when i was over there, i was fascinated with their refund policy.

In singapore, when you've bought the item but felt unsatisfied with the product, its hard to get an exchange unless there's a fault with the item bought. Lots of explanation needed to be done and it has to be returned within 7 days. Needless to say, a refund is impossible. Try buying a pc, play it for 2 days and ask for a refund!

Over there, its very possible and it makes shopping a lot more fun! Pay by visa? no prob, they credit back to your bank account.no questions asked.

So there's this store called costco which also had this policy. Just read online that someone bought a indoor swimming pool. It was originally intended for his pet penguin which turned out to be a hoax, but the owner has already purchased the item. So he went back to costco to ask for a refund,citing his reasons.
